My Very First Photoshoot
I had my very first photoshoot in April 2010.
It was set up by my tutors in Mallow College of Further Education, Marie Buckley, Irene Wilcox and Claire O’ Sullivan.
I’m grateful to them for pushing me into the modeling world. They are the ones who pushed me to do it in the first place!
here’s a few of my favorite pictures from the shoot.
Location: Springfor Hall Hotel
Hair: Sandra Connoly
Make Up: Kate Noonan
Photography: Queenan Photography
The grounds of Springfor Hall Hotel were ideal for the shoot. We were really lucky with the weather that day too.
We were going for a quirky vintage themed shoot. The dress was very old, and was once worn by a bride. It made the images vintage. The hair and make up was more modern, especially the mohawk up style. The make up was gorgeous and would have been gorgeous as a different style wedding make up also.. I didn’t want to take it off when I got home! It was done by Kate Noonan, she’s a fabulous make up artist. She writes her own blog with RSVP magazine and features in RTE TV fashion show Off The Rails. She’s a big up and coming artist so check out her page and her work- amazing!
It was my first time working with Bernadette Hayes of Queenan Photography. Never did I think I would meet up with her for several more shoots after! She was a pleasure to work with on the day and gave me great guidance to getting the perfect picture.
