Christmas Party Fashion

Christmas party season is now in full swing. I was in desperate need of some sparkly clothes for the upcoming party season so one fine Monday, my mother and I took a trek to Fermoy.

We trotted around the town looking in all the shops leaving the best to last, and the never disappointing – Vanilla Boutique! It has been way too long since I was last shopping in this wonderful shop. I bought my 18th birthday outfit in here and after that Vanilla was my go-to “important outfit” boutique. I have been away in Australia for a few years but kept a close swooning eye on the very active Facebook page while I was away. The shop itself had gotten a facelift since I was in it last, I was particularly impressed with the fluffy floor in the changing room!

I have two party events coming up that I was looking to buy outfits for. I was hoping to buy a mixture of items that I could mix with items that I have in my wardrobe already. Vanilla is beautifully stocked for all occasions, whether you need something casual or black-tie, the lovely Bríd and Joy are at hand to offer help.

Heres a peak of what I got..

Ballerina Top

I love this top because you can wear it two different ways! It is a wrap top which makes it very versatile.. you can choose to show a bit of cleavage or not, mix and match any look and will go with everything in your wardrobe!

Beaded Crop Top

I adore this beaded crop top. When The lights hits against it, prepare to be dazzled because you will be twinkling!

Skirts

I picked up two fabulous skirts. I’m wearing one of them in the photo directly above, but I didn’t get a full length shot of it. It nips in at the waits and flares out knee-length.
The second skirt is this black bow tie high low skirt which I absolutely adore! It fits so nicely and is so comfortable!

It was a very successful day to Fermoy and I was delighted with what I got.
