Huda Beauty Warm Brown Obsessions DUPE with INGLOT!

Back with another INGLOT single eye shadow dupe post. If you’re new here, INGLOT are my favorite formula eye shadows. I fell in love with them many years ago. In this post we are going to dupe Huda Beauty’s Warm Brown Obsessions Palette.

Huda Beauty recently released four “Obsessions” palettes; Warm Brown, Smokey, Mauve and Electric. These palettes are really cute! They are very compact and retail for $35 each. In the palette you get nine shades in total that all correspond beautiful with the names of each individual palette.

 

Now, you are probably wondering, why am I duping a palette that already has pretty colours, good formula and is affordable. This palette has a good formula but it is different to the INGLOT eye shadow formula. Perhaps people like the colour combination and want to create their own similar palettes, with the INGLOT formula. Huda Beauty may not be available to purchase in your country and perhaps INGLOT is? Maybe you got the palette and only used two shadows out of nine and want to get similar shadows to the ones that you used the most. I dupe with INGLOT because I have easy access to many of the shades. Maybe I should do a video or blog post based on all my INGLOT eye shadow collection, let me know if you would like to see that.

Duping this palette went pretty well. I didn’t get any exact dupes but they are all pretty similar. You will see a big difference between some and others are really really close!

 

As you can see from the shadows I selected, some of them are trio shadows. I mainly used the top two shades of the trio shadows to get the closes dupe of the Huda Beauty shades. The shadows aren’t 100% exact but they are pretty close! The eyeshadow formulas are pretty different. Both of them I feel would be great to have in your collection. With the Huda Beauty shadows, I feel they are more powdery which means a little bit of fall out – do your eyes first. They are very pigmented especially the middle gold shade which is a creamy shadow formula. They are not as easy to blend as INGLOT shadows I find, but they are still great shadows.
