#BROWTOBER is BACK!
#Browtober is back for the second year in a row and we are back with a bang! Not only am I removing my eyebrows, but two other MUA’s have decided to remove their eyebrows too, and dedicating the month to creating tutorials online to help others who may be struggling to create realistic looking eyebrows.
Why remove my eyebrows?
Eyebrows could possibly be the most important feature on our face, they help us express ourselves, they add structure to our appearance as well as protecting our eyes from dirt and dust. Now imagine yourself without eyebrows. Your expressions have halved, your appearance has completely changed and more than likely your confidence has been knocked. I want to help people who are going through any form of hair loss, to help give them back their expressions, their confidence and I want to use my makeup artistry skills to show how to create realistic looking eyebrows. Last year when I thought of the #Browtober concept, I realized there wasn’t enough content online specifically for eyebrows and that’s what I want to change. I want people to know that the support is there, and this year having more and more people dedicating their eyebrows to #Browtober shows that more people want to help. I am always online to get back to your burning questions, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything.
This year I have created a #Browtober Instagram account to keep all hair loss support together in one place, all the contributions of others for #Browtober and all the other creators online creating amazing content that may not be getting the exposure they should be getting. I will be working on this page all year long, not just for the month of October.
As I have recently relocated to Amsterdam, I’m focusing on giveaways to help encourage donations to #Browtober there are lots of prizes being donated so you will want to keep an eye on my social media to see what is on offer (thousands of euro worth of prizes!).
If you’re interested in supporting the cause, all funds raised will be donated to Look Good Feel Better, a Charity I have personally volunteered with and have seen first hand how it helps the confidence of people going through chemo therapy.
All donations are highly appreciated and mean the absolute world to me. If you would like to donate, please follow this link, and thank you in advance for your support: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/browtober2
